A starter supply bag will be provided the day of training. ⚠️ IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTICE Training dates selected at checkout are requests only and are not confirmed until approved by the instructor. Please select a date at least 14 days in advance to allow time for equipment ordering and preparation. If a date is selected sooner, your session will be rescheduled to the next available training date. Remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of training. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation Policy
📌 Soo Snatched Academy Training Policy All Academy training sessions require advance preparation and equipment ordering. Please review the following before booking: • Booking Requests: All selected dates are requests only and are not confirmed until approved by the instructor. • Advance Booking Requirement: Clients must book at least 14 days in advance to allow time for equipment processing and preparation. • Deposit & Payments: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your training date and initiate equipment orders. Remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of training. • Cancellations: All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit due to reserved time and equipment costs. • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted one time only and must be requested at least 7 days prior to your scheduled training date. Additional reschedules will require a new deposit. • Late Arrivals & No Shows: Late arrivals may result in shortened training time. No-shows will forfeit all payments and deposits. By booking this service, you acknowledge and agree to all Academy training policies.
